Take your love of movement and willingness to help others to become a certified pilates instructor. Students will learn the exercise through verbal, physical and mental approaches. In learning anatomy and the basic pilates principles, students will gain a advanced understand of movement patterns and how to help the body. They will leave learning not only how, but what it feels like to do the exercise, so they can be prepared to communicate to their clientele.
