Crisscross

When you exercise we tend to overuse the legs, and not enough abs.  I think we all agree we want to strengthen out core muscles.  So, when you do the crisscross, do them REALLY SLOW, and make sure you are supporting the neck.  NEVER LOOK AT CEILING when do abdominal

 

Pour Over Coffee

I have found the more I use POUR OVER coffee, the more I can't have drip coffee.  When the taste of the coffee touches your tongue, there is nothing like it.  Read the article, let me know if you will try it.  IT IS WORTH IT!
