What is PilatiBarre? It is an exercise program that sculpts and stretches muscles throughout the body which result in strong, long, lean muscles using Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer and Barre Exercises.

We will provide group classes, semi-private, and private sessions. Each session will take you through an exciting full body workout that will offer a long list benefits, including: balance, muscle strength, and flexibility, while reducing stress.
